Repeating Defects appearing at constant and consistent intervals across the page can indicate a worn out consumable or a hardware defect. These can be caused by a Drum or Second Bias Transfer Roller approaching end of life, or dirt or debris on the printhead lenses.
Identify the Printer Output Defect by Printing the Repeating Defects Page
Configure the Paper Tray Settings to Match the Xerox Supported Media Loaded in the Tray
Perform a Software Reset or a Power Off and Power On as Required
Replace the Second Bias Transfer Roller (2nd BTR) and Reset the Supply Counter
