Is the printer up and running?

Printer Does Not Power On

The printer is Down, does not react, or no input via the Control Panel is possible.

Is there a Fault Code or Message on the Control Panel?

Always ask for a Fault Code (which may be different from the status code on the UI, in EWS or XSM). If no Fault Code, search on the exact Message or Alert verbiage.

The printer is working but there is an Alert / Message / Fault Code on the display.
