View or Print the Fault Code (Error) History

View Active Faults and Alert Messages from the Embedded Web Server (EWS)

  1. Access the Embedded Web Server.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Select Fault History. The fault code history is displayed.

  4. Select Close.

View Active Faults and Alert Messages at the Printer

To view a complete list of active fault and alert messages:

  1. Select the Device icon at the device Touch Screen.

  2. Select Notifications.

  3. Select History. A list of recent Fault Codes will be displayed.

Print the Error History Report
Your printer has a set of reports that you can print. These reports include the Error History report that can assist you in troubleshooting certain problems. The Error History report prints information on the most recent printer errors.
  1. At the printer control panel, press the Home button.

  2. Touch Device > About > Support > Support Pages > Error History Report.

  3. To return to the Home screen, press the Home button.
