 Is there a Fault Code or Message Displayed on the Control Panel?How To View the Fault History

  • Yes: Fault Code is Displayed.

    • Search KANA for Fault Code. Is Fault Code found in KANA?

      • Yes: Fault Code is found. Troubleshoot the Fault Code problem using the proposed solutions in the Fault Code article.

      • No: Fault Code is not found> Check eDoc/Eureka (in GCC with Tech Mentor).

  • No: Fault Code is Not Displayed.

    • If instructions are displayed on the Control Panel make sure all the instructions have been followed.

      Note: If there is an error message click on the message to display additional information. The job may be hanging due to another user's print job. Fix errors that may include; load correct paper, replace toner, etc.

    • Have the customer make a copy to confirm the issue is a Printing problem if following the instructions on the display does not resolve the issue. Copies can be made?
