      • Yes: Fault Code is found. Troubleshoot the Fault Code problem using the proposed solutions in the Fault Code article.

      • No: Fault Code is not found. Check eDoc/Eureka (in GCC with Tech Mentor).

  • No: Fault Code is Not Displayed.

    • If instructions are displayed on the Control Panel make sure all the instructions have been followed.

    • If following displayed instructions does not resolve the Paper Jam or Paper Tray problem: Start the Decision Tree
