Random Deletions, Spots, Stripes or Missing Color on All Prints and Copies

White Spots, White Stripes or Random Deletions on Prints and Copies are caused by issues transferring toner to the drum, from the Drum to the Image Transfer Belt, or from the Transfer Belt to the paper during the printing process. This can be caused by debris or contamination on the drum, the Printhead Lenses, a worn out Second Bias Transfer Roller, or by using old or damp paper.

• Make Sure the Paper is Within Specifications

• Print the Repeating Defects Page

• Clean Printhead/Print Head Lenses

• Pull Out and Reseat the Drum Cartridge(s)

• Load Paper Tray with A Fresh Ream of Paper

• Perform a Software Reset or a Power Off and Power On as Required

• Replace the Toner Cartridge If the Supply Level is Low

• Replace the Appropriate Drum Cartridge(s)

• Replace the Second Bias Transfer Roller (2nd BTR) and Reset the Supply Counter
