Verify the Toner Cartridge is a Genuine Xerox Supply Item.
Power the Printer On or Off.
Remove and Reinstall the Required Color Drum Cartridge (Imaging Unit) Associated With the Problem.
Reseat the Toner Cartridge.
Replace the Required Toner (Dry Ink) Cartridge.
If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
