  1. Make sure you are using the correct paper type for the printer.  For details, refer to Paper and Paper Tray Specifications

  2. Copy or print 10-20 blank copies to help clean the paper path and feed rollers. There may be some toner built up in this area.

  3. The drum cartridge may be defective. If you have a spare cartridge, replace and try to print again. For details, refer to How To Replace the Drum Cartridge, or follow the installation instructions that are included with the new cartridge.

  4. If the problem persists. contact Support for additional assistance.
