Repeating Defects at Constant Intervals on ALL Prints and Copies

Repeating Defects appearing at constant and consistent intervals across the page can indicate a worn out consumable or a hardware defect. These can be caused by a Drum or Second Bias Transfer Roller approaching end of life, or dirt or debris on the printhead lenses.

• Print the Repeating Defects Page

• Configure the Paper Tray Settings to Match the Xerox Supported Media Loaded in the Tray

• Clean the Printhead Lenses (ROS Windows)

• Reseat the Appropriate Drum Cartridge(s)

• Use a New Ream of Paper

• Perform a Software Reset at the Control Panel

• WorkCentre WC7220/7225: Power the Printer Off and On

• Replace a Drum Cartridge

• Replace the Second Bias Transfer Roller
