Resolution

 

Note: If this is a new device, check to ensure all packaging materials have been removed including the red plastic strip to the right of the toners. See image below.


  1. Print the image quality test pages.

  2. Remove the Imaging Kit and check for packing material left in the imaging kit.

  3. Remove the Developer unit for the Missing Color from the Imaging kit and reinstall.

  4. Check the imaging kit for Obvious Damage, Contamination, and Improper Installation. If found Replace. For more information, refer to Replace the Imaging Kit.

    Note: The color imaging kit includes the color (CMY) and black (K).

  5. Reseat the Waste Bottle.

  6. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
