If the kiosk has any payment issues, report them to Xerox Technical Customer Support. Payment issues include:
Refunds
Transactions not processing
Issues with your EFI AdminCentral Store ID, Merchant ID, and Terminal ID
Issues with the customer payment applications Freedom Pay, cbord, and Blackboard
Issues with XMedius Fax
As the site custodian, you may choose to run the walk up customer's job instead of issuing a refund. For more information, refer to Run a Job for a Walk Up Customer Instead of Issuing a Refund.
