Run a Job for a Walk Up Customer Instead of Issuing a Refund

As the site custodian, you may choose to run the walk up customer's job instead of issuing a refund. There are two methods that may be used to run the job: using the daily password or using the email and password. Choose your preferred method. Do not use both methods.
IMPORTANT: You must know the login information in order to perform this procedure. If necessary, contact your System Administrator for additional assistance.
Method 1: How To Run the Job Using the Daily Password

Method 1: How To Run the Job Using the Daily Password:
Click here to Login to Your EFI Self-Serve AdminCentral Account.
Observe and record the Offline Device Password.
NOTE: The password changes daily.Touch the Service (Copy, Scan, Print, Fax) to be used.
Touch Staff Login.
Touch Daily Password.
Enter the Offline Device Password for the Daily Password.
NOTE: The password is case sensitive.Program the job to be run and complete the job for the Walk Up customer.
Method 2: How To Run the Job Using the Email and Password:
Touch the Service (Copy, Scan, Print, Fax) to be used.
Touch Staff Login.
Touch Email & Password.
Enter the Email that is used to login to your EFI Self-Serve AdminCentral merchant account.
Enter the Password that is used to login to your EFI Self-Serve AdminCentral merchant account.
Program the job to be run and complete the job for the Walk Up customer.
