Logon or Logoff as a System Administrator or Operator

There are three main user account groups. The Administrator group has full access to all the system functions. See the <Related Content for additional information.
To logon as a System Administrator or Operator:
From the DocuSP or FreeFlow Print Server Display Screen, click [Logon] from the toolbar, then click [Logon...] from the menu.
From the User field drop-down menu, click [System Administrator] or [Operator] as the user type.
Enter the System Administrator or Operator password in the Password field.
If the login attempt fails, try again.
NOTE: Make sure the correct password is used. If a 'Login is invalid' message is displayed, and you have tried multiple times with the password that worked before, make sure that the Caps Lock key on the keyboard is not on. You will need to contact service if you do not know the password.Click [OK].
To logoff at any time, click on [Logon] from the toolbar, then click [Logoff] from the pull-down menu.
