The purpose of dC0951 Xerographic Setup is to automatically adjust the xerographic parameters that make sure optimum image quality.
WARNING: Keep head, tools, and all other objects from the inside of the belt module cavity with power applied to the Print Engine. There is a risk of potential laser radiation, in the event of a system failure, and could result in a serious eye injury.
WARNING: Always wear eye protection and gloves when using any cleaning solvent. Failure to wear eye protection or gloves may result in serious personal injury.
If directed to perform dC0951 Xerographic Setup (ADJ 5) by the Photoreceptor Belt Removal with New Belt repair (REP 7), the cleaning procedure has been completed. Proceed to the Adjustment.
Before performing the dC0951 Xerographic Setup, clean the following:
Pin Scorotron Assemblies of stations 3 and 4 (Cyan, Black). See the Related Content for additional information.
Charge Station Discorotron Grids and Discorotron Assemblies (Charge Station Discorotron Assembly (REP 3)) of stations 1, 2, 3, and 4. See the Related Content for additional information.
MOB Sensor. See the Related Content for additional information.
Return the machine to an operational condition.
Perform a Xerographic Setup:
Enter the Diagnostics mode. See the Related Content for additional information.
Select [P1], and then [dC0951 Xerographic Setup] from the Diagnostic menu.
Select [Start] when the dC0951 Xerographic Setup window is displayed and the Start icon is green.
An arrow will appear in the applicable box as each individual setup is performed. When an individual setup is completed, a check appears in the corresponding check box.

Perform the dC0610 MOB Sensor Calibration (ADJ 4) See the Related Content for additional information.
Open the Color Maintenance Tool from the Options menu. Select the [Expert] tab to enter Expert mode. Run the TRC Linearization operation. See the Related Content for additional information.
