Fault Code 305-966: SPDH (Single Pass Document Handler) No Original Detected

Fault Code 305-966: SPDH No Original occurs when the Single Pass Document Handler has detected that the original has not been fully inserted in the input tray.

• Clear the Jam in the Single Pass Document Handler (SPDH)

• Use a Sheet of Cardstock to Clear the Jam in the Document Feeder

• Remove All the Documents From the Document Feeder and Document Glass as Instructed

• Ensure That the Original Has Been Fully Inserted in the Input Tray

• Perform the Power Off Procedure, Wait Two Minutes, Then Power On the Device
