NOTE: The error message "The job was not printed because the XPS option is not enabled" occurs when a print job was sent to the printer from the XPS version of the print driver, and the Optional XPS kit is not installed on the device. This can occur if the incorrect Xerox print driver was installed or the Class XPS driver was automatically installed on a Microsoft Windows PC.

  1. Enable the XML Paper Specification (XPS) Page Description Language from CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS)

  2. Uninstall the XPS Driver, then Download and Install either the PCL6 or Postscript Driver.
