Fault Code 305-958: SPDH (Single Pass Document Handler) Lift Home Sensor Failure

Fault Code "305-958: SPDH Lift Home Sensor Failure" occurs when the input tray fails to return to the home position.

Note: A "Lift Home Sensor" error may be caused by the Feed Roller at the entrance of the Document Handler being out of position or jammed with an obstruction.

• Clear the Jam in the Single Pass Document Handler (SPDH)

• Clear any Obstructions from Document Handler Feed Roller and Reseat Feed Roller

• Clear any Obstructions in the Document Feeder

• Document Input Specifications

• Use Originals in Good Condition

• Perform the Power Off Procedure, Wait Two Minutes, Then Power On the Device
