Power Off the Machine, Disconnect the Power Cable and Wait Two Minutes

  1. Locate the power button on the left side of the printer, and then press the button to begin the power down sequence.



  2. Select Power Down on the touch screen.

  3. Select Confirm to begin the power down process and wait for the printer to power off completely.

  4. Disconnect the power cable from the printer.

  5. Wait for 2 minutes for the printer's power to cycle.

  6. Reconnect the cable and then press the power button to power the printer on.
