  1. Press the power switch to the OFF position. The power switch is located on the top, left side of the machine, toward the front.

  2. Select the [Power Down] option on the Touch Screen. A confirmation screen will be displayed.

  3. Select the [Confirm] button. The machine will begin its power down sequence. It will take a few minutes before the machine finally powers OFF.

  4. Disconnect the network cable from the back of the printer. The network cable looks like a telephone cable, but it is thicker and is usually blue or gray in color.

  5. Wait one minute.

  6. Press the power switch to the ON position and wait for the machine to complete its power-up sequence. Make sure the network cable is unplugged from the back of the printer when the printer is powered ON. Print jobs will begin to print.

NOTE: If necessary, check the Print queue to make sure the print jobs are leaving the queue. If the print jobs are not leaving the queue, power OFF the printer, unplug the printer from the wall outlet for two minutes, plug the printer back into the wall outlet, and then power ON. The print jobs should have been deleted from the print queue.

  7. Plug the network cable into the back of the printer.

  8. Send a print job to make sure the printer is printing properly.
