Print a Network or Printer Configuration Page

The machine contains two configuration pages - a Printer Configuration Page and a Network Configuration Page. The Printer Configuration Page contains current machine settings such as the size and type of paper loaded in the trays; it also displays the machine's current firmware version. The Network Configuration Page contains information regarding the configuration of the machine's network interface card (NIC), including TCP/IP settings and the machine's MAC address.

To print the configuration pages from the Control Panel:

  1. Press the [Menu] button on the Control Panel until "System Setup" is displayed on the bottom line of the Display Screen.

  2. Press the [OK] button.

  3. Press the [Left] or [Right] arrow button until "Reports" is displayed.

  4. Press the [OK] button.

  5. Press the [Left] or [Right] arrow button until the required option is displayed; either "Configuration" (for a Printer Configuration Page) or "Network Info." (for a Network Configuration Page).

  6. Press the [OK] button. "Print?" will be displayed.

  7. Press the [Left] or [Right] arrow button until "Yes" is displayed.

  8. Press the [OK] button. The selected configuration page will print.

    NOTE: The Network Configuration Page can also be printed by pressing the [Menu] button, selecting [Network], and then selecting [Network Info.].

To print the configuration pages from CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS):

  1. Access CWIS. See the Related Content for additional information.

  2. Click on the [Print] link. The Print Configuration Pages window will be displayed.

  3. Select [Printer Configuration Page] or [Network Configuration Page].

  4. Click on the blue, square (Print) button to send the job to the printer. A pop-up window stating "Printing" will be displayed.

  5. Click on the [OK] button to close the window.

  6. Close the browser window.
