Replace the Paper Feed Roller

Note: To perform this procedure, the Paper Feed Rollers are required, contact support.

1. Remove paper Tray 1
   
   
   
   

2. Locate the Feed Rollers inside the printer, toward the back. There are two rollers next to each other.

3. Gently push down on the clip to unlock the roller and then pull the roller off.
   
   

   
   
   

4. Repeat for the other roller.

5. Set the old rollers aside for recycling.

6. Remove the new Feed Rollers from the packaging.
   
   IMPORTANT: Make sure the clip is on the bottom of the roller when it is inserted.
   
   

7. Swap the Paper Feed Roller to validate if there is any issue.
   

8. Insert the new Feed Roller onto the shaft until it clicks in place.
   
   IMPORTANT: If the roller does not click into place, then it is not fully installed.
   
   

9. Repeat for the other Feed Roller.

10. Re-insert the paper tray.
