Enable and Configure Xerox Standard Accounting at the Control Panel

  1. Login as the System Administrator from the Control Panel.

  2. Touch Device Icon.

  3. Touch Tools.

  4. Touch Accounting Settings.

  5. Touch Accounting Mode.

  6. Touch Xerox Standard Accounting.

  7. Touch Create a User Account.

  8. Touch Add New User.

  9. Type the new User ID - Typically this is the ID Number.

  10. Type the Display Name

  11. Touch Next. A user is now created.

  12. Tocuh App Tracking.

  13. Touch Enabled for the services to be tracked.

  14. Touch OK.
