Enable or Disable Xerox Standard Accounting (XSA)

Note: There are different methods that may be used to configure the feature. Select your required method to configure the feature.

Enable Xerox Standard Accounting Using the Embedded Web Server:

  1. Access the Embedded Web Server and login as System Administrator. See the Related Content section for additional information.

  2. In the Embedded Web Server, click Properties then Login/Permissions/Accounting then Accounting Methods.

  3. For Control Panel & Website Login Methods, click Edit.

  4. For Current Accounting Method, select Xerox Standard Accounting. To Disable Accounting click on Edit.

  5. Click on the dropdown box for Current Accounting Method and select None to disable.

  6. Click Save.

  7. Logout of System Administrator mode. See the Related Content section for additional information.

Enable Xerox Standard Accounting from the Control Panel:

  1. Login as System Administrator at the control panel. See the Related Content section for additional information.

  2. At the control panel, touch Device then Tools.

  3. Touch Accounting Settings then Accounting Mode.

  4. Select Xerox Standard Accounting then touch Save.

  5. Logout of System Administrator mode. See the Related Content section for additional information.
