Is the printer up and running? The Press Control Panel is Locked up, or the Touch Screen is Completely Dark. | The printer is Down, does not react, or no input via the Control Panel is possible. |
Is there a Fault Code or Message on the Control Panel? Always ask for a Fault Code (which may be different from the status code on the UI, in CWIS or XSM). If no Fault Code, search on the exact Message or Alert verbiage.
