 Description

Is the printer up and running?

The Press Control Panel is Locked up, or the Touch Screen is Completely Dark.

The printer is Down, does not react, or no input via the Control Panel is possible.

Is there a Fault Code or Message on the Control Panel?

Always ask for a Fault Code (which may be different from the status code on the UI, in CWIS or XSM). If no Fault Code, search on the exact Message or Alert verbiage.

Note: Instructions can be sent via Email: Fault Code Information.

The printer is working but there is an Alert / Message / Fault Code on the display.
