Find the Serial Number

The Serial Number can be found in three places:

On the Printer:

1. Open Paper Tray 1.

2. There will be a white sticker on the frame above Paper Tray 1.

3. The Serial Number will be listed as S/N.

On a Configuration Report:

1. Print a Device Information Report. 

2. The Serial Number will be listed under the Device Information header.

On the Embedded Web Server (EWS):

1. Access the Embedded Web Server .

2. Select Status on the left menu.

3. The Serial Number will be listed under the Printer header.
