Configure SMTP (if Scan to Email will be used)

Information needed to complete this step:
SMTP Authentication User Name
SMTP Authentication Password
If you do not have this information, please contact your Xerox representative before completing these instructions.
Enter your device's IP Address in a browser and log in to the Embedded Web Server as the administrator.
Select Connectivity from the menu.
In the Protocols area, click SMTP.
In the Device Email section, type in the email address assigned to the device.
In the SMTP Server area, click Server Address.
In the Server Address field, type the name of the SMTP server: smtp.sendgrid.net
Click OK.
For Outgoing SMTP Port Number, enter 25.
In the Connection Security area, select STARTTLS (If Available).
In the Outgoing SMTP Authentication area:
Click SMTP Authentication, then from the menu, select SMTP AUTH.
Enter the provided User Name in the SMTP AUTH User Name field.
Enter the provided Password in the SMTP AUTH Password field.
Enter the same password in the Retype Password field.
Click OK.
