Reset Administrator (Admin) Password when the Password has been Forgotten

Follow these steps to reset the admin password on the device:
Select Device.
Select Tools.
Select Device Settings.
Select General.
Select Feature Installation.
Enter the 12 Digit Reset Code.
Note: Contact Support for the Reset Code.
Note: This will reset the admin password back to the default of 1111 or the Serial Number. The serial number is case sensitive.
