Fault Code 093-329: Refill Toner Cartridge is Being Used

If a specific fault code is indicated, the chip in the Toner Cartridge(s) is either faulty, has the wrong data or is corrupted. Check the status of all Toner Cartridges, and then replace the Cartridge if necessary.
Remove all the Toner Cartridges from the machine, power off the printer, wait 30 seconds, then power on again. See the Related Content for additional information.
Insert the Toner cartridges one at a time and check the Toner Cartridge Status as each cartridge is added.
Insert one of the Toner Cartridges.
Press the [Machine Status] button on the Control Panel.
Select the [Supplies] tab on the Touch Screen.
Select [Toner] from the pull-down menu at the top, left of the screen.
Review the status of the Toner Cartridges and proceed as follows:
If the status of a cartridge is "Cartridge Error", then replace the cartridge.
If no error status is displayed, proceed to the next cartridge - step 2a.
