Print From an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch

To print from an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

  • Make sure that your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch and your printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network and that you are within range.

  • Make sure the printer has been configured to use the AirPrint feature.  For additional information, refer to Configure AirPrint Using CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS).

After the printer has been configured for AirPrint, follow the steps below to print from your device:

  1. Open the app that you want to print from.

  2. Locate the Print option / icon.  To find the Print option, tap the app's Share icon.

  3. Scroll down and touch the Print option / icon.

    Note:  If unable to find the Print icon, refer to the app's User Guide or Help section for additional information.  Not all apps support AirPrint.  If additional assistance is needed, contact Apple Support.

  4. Touch Select Printer and choose your AirPrint-enabled printer.

  5. Select the print options for the job, such as the number of copies or which pages you want to print.

  6. Touch Print in the upper, right corner.
