Unable to Send or Receive Faxes

Note: Faxing requires that the optional Fax Hardware Kit be installed and the country code set. For details, refer to the instructions provided with the kit.

• Verify the telephone line is operational and fully connected to the Fax Connection port located on the right side back of the Printer.

• Verify Embedded Fax has been enabled, refer to Configure Embedded Fax.
