Note: Faxing requires that the optional Fax Hardware Kit be installed and the country code set. For details, refer to the instructions provided with the kit.
Verify the telephone line is operational and fully connected to the Fax Connection port located on the right side back of the Printer.
Verify Embedded Fax has been enabled, refer to Configure Embedded Fax.
If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
