Try the following:
Make sure the correct printer (print driver) is being selected when printing.
If using the PostScript (PS) print driver for this printer model, try using the PCL print driver.
If using the PCL print driver for this printer model, try using the PostScript (PS) print driver.
Try printing from a different application. If the error only occurs when printing from a specific application, contact the application vendor for additional assistance.
