  1. Power the Printer Off, Wait 15 Seconds, Then Power the Printer On.

  2. Make Sure DHCP and Other Network Settings Are Configured Properly. Refer to Configure TCP/IP and DNS Settings Using CentreWare Internet Settings (CWIS).

  3. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
