This error occurred because the auto-registration process failed to communicate.
Check the following items:
Ensure that the Xerox SMart eSolutions settings are correct. Refer to Configure SMart eSolutions Using CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS).
Check the network cable and connection.
Check that the printer IP address is correct.
If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
