Power off the Printer
Adjust the Fuser for Printing on Envelopes or Paper as required by the job.
Power on the Printer
Load either envelopes or paper as required.
1. How to Load Envelopes in the Bypass Tray and Change the Paper Setting.
2. How to Load Paper in the Tray and Change the Paper Settings.
Make Sure the Paper Type Settings in the Print Driver Are Correct.
Replace the Fuser from the Maintenance kit.
If problem persists, contact support.
