Note: Menu settings are subject to change, the following is using Mac Driver Version: 4.22.2 on Mac OS X 10.14.2. Other versions may slightly vary.
Note: Ensure #10 envelope is loaded in the bypass tray short edge feed with flap down and the Media Type is set to Envelope.
From Microsoft Word:
Select the File menu.
Select Page Setup.
Select Envelope #10 in Landscape orientation.
Select the File menu.
Select Print.
Select Paper Feed.
Select Tray 5 Bypass.
Select the File menu.
Select Print.
Select Xerox Features.
Select Paper.
Select Other Type.
Select Envelopes.
Select Print.
Note: It is recommended to use the Mac option to save a preset of these settings for future access.
