The Serial Number may be obtained from several locations on the device. Select the required method.

Find the Serial Number on the User Interface (UI)
Find the Serial Number on the Machine:
The serial number is behind door A, toward the rear of the printer on a metal plate. The serial number starts with the letters DZK.
To open door A, perform the following:
Open tray 5 as shown (1).
While lifting the release lever (2), open door A (3).
On a metal plate toward the rear of the kiosk, locate the kiosk serial number.
Before contacting Xerox for assistance, record the serial number.
Close door A and tray 5.
Find the Serial Number on the Configuration Report:
The serial number can also be found by printing the Configuration Report. For additional information refer to Print a Configuration Report.
Find the Serial Number on the User Interface (UI):
IMPORTANT: You must know the login information in order to perform this procedure. If necessary, contact your System Administrator for additional assistance.
Login to the kiosk User Interface (UI) as Administrator.
Access Device Management.
To view the Device menu, place your finger at the right edge of the screen and drag your finger left. This action is called a "right swipe."
Touch Machine Status. The Machine Status screen displays.
Right swipe the right side of the User Interface to hide the Tools menu. To hide the Tools menu:
Touch anywhere on the Tools menu and swipe right.
Touch the screen anywhere outside of the Tools menu.
Touch the Machine Information tab.
The Serial Number is listed under the Serial Number header.

Exit Device Management.
Logout of the kiosk User Interface (UI) as Administrator.
