  1. Power off the printer with the switch on top of the Control Panel.

  2. Open the front door and power off the printer with the second power switch inside the front door. Close the front door.  

  3. Unplug the printer power cord, wait one minute, and then plug the power cord back in.

  4. Power on the printer; first press the switch inside the front door and then press the switch on the Control Panel.

  5. Run the printer to test. If the problem persists, contact Support.
