How To Replace Paper Tray

 Note: To perform this procedure, the Paper Tray is required, contact support.

NOTE: A Video and QR Code is available at the end of this solution.

  1. Open the paper tray and remove any paper.

    Open tray 1.

  2. Pull out the tray until it stops. Slightly lift up on the paper tray and slightly pull to the right. The left side of the tray should come out first.

    Remove paper tray.

  3. Swap the paper tray to validate if there is any issue.

  4. Insert the new Paper Tray.

    Insert paper tray.
