How To Perform a Network Trace in the Embedded Web Server (EWS)

NOTE: The Printer must be on software level xx.33.01 or Higher

            This feature must be Enabled, please contact Xerox support for assistance enabling the Network Trace Utility Tool.

  1. Access the Printer as the System Administrator (Control Panel or Embedded Web Server).

  2. There are two ways to access Network Troubleshooting.

    • Select System and then Select Logs.

    • Select Home and then Select Support.

  3. Select Network Troubleshooting.

  4. Select Start Session.

  5. Select Stop Session.

  6. Select Download Log.

  7. Select Close.
