Perform a Ping test on the Printer to Test for Connectivity.
Submit a Print Job Using the Job Submission Feature on CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS).
Delete all Stuck Print Jobs From the Windows Print Queue.
Restart the Windows Print Spooler Service.
Make Sure the Printer's TCP/IP Port is Configured to Use the LPR Protocol.
