How To Configure a Microsoft Word Document for Number 9 Envelopes

From the Word Document:
Select the Layout tab.
Locate the Page Setup section.
Select the small downward pointing arrow in the Page Setup section. The Page Setup dialog box will appear.
Select the Paper tab.
Select the Paper Size dropdown.
Select Custom Size.
Enter 8.875" into the Width box.
Enter 3.875" into the Height box.
Select OK to save changes.
NOTE: It may be necessary to edit the original document to adjust the margins if the document area does not fit the new envelope size.
