Delete or Remove Your Xerox App Account

Use this procedure to request the deletion of your Xerox App account.

  1. Go to the Xerox App Gallery Web Portal. See the Related Content.

  2. Log in to your Xerox App account.

  3. To access your account information, in the upper-right corner of the page, click your user name, then select Account Details.

  4. Click Delete Account. A message appears that asks you to confirm your selection.

    Note:
    After you delete your account, you cannot access any apps or app subscriptions that you purchased.

  5. To confirm your selection, click the check box for I understand, then click Request Delete.

    Note: To cancel your selection and keep your account, click Cancel.
