Not Recognizing New Toner Cartridge

After replacing the toner cartridge as directed with a new cartridge the machine still has replace the toner cartridge message.

1. Remove the cartridge and Perform a Software Reseton the machine with the cartridge out and the covers closed.  Install the new cartridge when promted on the UI. 

2. Install another new Toner Cartridge.

IMPORTANT: Place any suspected defective cartridge that is removed from the printer in protective wrapping/packaging material for situations where it may still be a functioning cartridge.
If you do not have the original packaging material, use the packaging from the new cartridge.
