Power Off Printer, Disconnect Network Cable and then Power On
Disable Advanced Printing Features in the Print Driver on a Microsoft Windows OS
Completely Remove All Xerox Software from Mac OS X 10.11 or Higher
Download and Install Xerox Print Driver on Mac OS X 10.7 and Higher
Reload the Printer Software (Firmware) Using the Embedded Web Server
