  1. Ensure the Green Fuser nip release levers are in the locked in the Down position.

  2. Verify That the Paper is the Correct Size, Type, and Weight.

  3. Reseat the Transfer Roller

  4. Replace the Drum Cartridge.

  5. Replace the Maintenance kit.
