Fault Codes 127-210, 127-211: Network Controller Detected DFE Communication Failure

Fault Codes 127-210, 127-211 occur when the Printer has experienced an error when communicating with the Digital Front End (DFE), such as an EFI Fiery or Xerox FreeFlow Print Server.

  1. Delete any active jobs in the print queue, then power the printer off the printer and DFE. Power on printer and DFE.

    Note: If you have a Bustled Fiery, make sure the Controller is powered on.

  2. Make Sure the Printer and EFI Fiery Server Have the Same Date and Time.

  3. Power Off the Press and Print Server and Check SCSI Data and Scan Cables.

  4. If Below Software Version 80.32.83, Contact Support to Upgrade.

  5. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
