Fault Code 047-310: Communication Failure With the Finisher

Check the solutions below you may want to Reseat the Finisher Communciation Cable, and then Power Off the machine. Unplug the power cords from the machine and finisher, and then Reset the Circuit Breaker.  After waiting at least a minute plug back in all the power cords and Power On the machine.

• Check the Finisher Communication Cable

• Power Off the Machine, Unplug the Power Cord From the Finishing Device, Wait 30 Seconds, Plug in the Power Cord, and Then Power On the Machine

• Power OFF the Machine, Reset the Circuit Breaker, Then Power ON the Machine
