Fault Code 021-212: USB IC Card Reader Failure

  1. Disconnect the USB device, and then reconnect the USB device. 

  2. Power Off and On.

  3. If the fault occurs with the USB IC Card Reader connected, install a non-defective USB IC Card Reader.

  4. Power Off and On.
