  1. Check that the correct print driver is loaded. For more information, refer to Drivers and Downloads

  2. Check the print driver settings for color printing.

  3. Check with your local IT to ensure your user has proper permissions to print in color.

  4. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
