Install the Xerox Scanning App for DocuShare Software

The Xerox Scanning App for DocuShare allows you to scan from a multifunction printer to your personal file collection on a designated DocuShare site.
There are two methods you can use to install the app onto a Xeroxdevice.
Installing the App Using the Xerox App Gallery App
If the Xerox App Gallery App is installed on the Xerox device:
Create an App Gallery account. For details, refer to How To Create an Account for Xerox App Gallery App.
From the device control panel, touch the Xerox App Gallery App.
To log in to the Gallery App, use the onscreen keyboard to enter your account credentials.
From the App Gallery, locate the Scanning App for Docushare, then touch Install.
Installing the App From the Xerox App Gallery Web Portal
To access the Xerox App Gallery Web Portal, click on the link in the Related Content section.
Create an App Gallery account, then log in to the App Gallery Web Portal.
From the App Gallery, locate the Scanning App for DocuShare App.
Click Install.
Review the License Agreement, then click Agree.
Select a Xerox device. Click Install.
If the target Xerox device is not listed, click Add Device, then add the device to the App Gallery.
Note: After the app is installed, your System Admininistrator will need to set up the software. For details, refer to How To Set up DocuShare Software.
